This piece is one of my most popular print sellers. I am always particularly excited when commissioned to draw animals with their offspring, and this piece was no exception. It gives me the opportunity to portray a scene full of personality, which is what I believe to be the most important factor when creating my artwork. There is always a sense of purity and innocence when I begin a drawing such as this. The strength of the bond shared between this mother and cub is clear to see.
